PAyment policy
At Top Researchers, we believe in transparent and fair payment practices. To ensure clarity and trust, the following policy applies to all orders:
Advance Payment:
- Customers are required to pay 50% of the total order amount in advance before work on their project begins.
- This advance payment secures the order and allows us to allocate resources accordingly.
Remaining Balance:
- After initial work submition, customer is requested to pay the remaining balance.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final work is delivered.
- No final files or completed materials will be released until the full payment has been received.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe.
Customers are responsible for any applicable transaction or service fees charged by their payment provider.
Refunds & Cancellations:
- Refund requests will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
- If a customer cancels the order after work has started, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers time and effort already invested.
If a customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing it, a refund will be issued immediately. (This policy is applicable when the customer provided the order deadline of at least 10 days or more).
If a customer fails then we will be needing the grade report as a proof and if the mistake will be at our writer’s end you’ll definitely get your money back.
Late Payments:
Orders with delayed balance payments may face delivery delays until payment is completed.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery of services in cases of non-payment.
